If you're not already registered with us then please don't worry, it's a really straightforward process.  You need to ask a professional who knows your circumstances well to complete the online Christmas Referral Form, the Guidelines are also available to make it that bit easier.  Once we've registered you we can then make an appointment for you to visit.  If you've any concerns about the application process then please do just give us a call on the number above.  We all need a little help sometimes and this Christmas, more than ever, we're here for you.
