Roseanne Sweeney - Chief Executive 

Responsible for the day to day management of the charity, strategic development, fundraising, stakeholder relations as well as project development and delivery in order to meet the charity’s aims to help local children and families.


Des Lynch - Operations Manager

Manages storage of donated goods, project delivery, relationships with referring agencies and recruits and supports all volunteers. Manages the day to day maintenance of the building.


Sophie Bell - Fundraiser

Responsible for fundraising and managing relationships with local businesses, churches, schools, sports and individual donors.  Organising appeals for clothes, food and toys and coordinates external fundraising events.  


  Mark Gaffney SmartStart Development Manager    

  Responsible for driving forward our SmartStart initiative which kits out local children for school. Liaises with school wear suppliers and gathers evidence 


 Rob Williams Services Coordinator 

 Organises outreach events, liaises with referral agencies, signposts clients onto other services useful for families living on a low income 


Janet Dawes-Wood - Family Project Support Officer

First point of contact for regular individual donors. Organises collections of clothes, bedding and baby equipment on van. Coordinates referral system for all projects for families and books appointments.  


Barbara Wilk - Projects Worker (part-time Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)

Sorts the thousands of donations received throughout the year, making up parcels of clothing, bedding, school uniform and Easter and Christmas parcels in time for the families and support workers to collect.



   Dave Wayne - Driver (Monday and Tuesday)

   Doorstep ambassador and driver of our van which collects donations from supporters and delivers larger goods to families 



Graham Harrison Driver (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Business and Development Manager at Stockport Women's Centre.

Mike Cribb - Trustee 
Gillian Winter - Trustee 

Charles Hadfield – Trustee Director of Regional Property Solutions Ltd, Chartered Commercial Property Surveyors. Other involvements within the voluntary sector include being a Divisional Vice president of the NSPCC and Chairman of the Manchester Salford and District NSPCC and Vice President of the St James’ Club.Key skills – property matters and charitable sector experience.
