We provide families with practical help to meet their basic needs. We do this by giving out new and good quality second hand day-to-day necessities like clothes, bedding and baby equipment, as well as toys and books which are important for children's wellbeing and development.
How can you help?
We need your donations of clean, good quality, new and used items to help us offer support to struggling local families through our community shop. All suitable donations go directly to families who need them.
Currently we need of donations of the following:
- children’s clothes ages 0-18 years
- children’s bedding (quilt covers and pillow cases, new or laundered duvets, towels)
- non-branded school uniform, stationery and sports kit towards our SmartStart appeal
- children's books and toys
- baby equipment (e.g. prams, cots, moses baskets)
- new toiletries and nappies, baby wipes and baby food
Are you from a company who supply any of the above and interested in making a donation? Please get in touch!
Unfortunately we aren't able to accept:
- electrical goods
- adults clothes and books
- bric a brac
- furniture (other than cots)
- used shoes or trainers
You can also choose to donate to any of our projects throughout the year, or make a regular gift to support our work.
