New Year New You?

Fancy getting fit and raising money for local children at the same time?

Fundraising from challenge events is a really important income source for us. It’s also a great way to get fit, have fun and build team morale.

Just look at Spiderman, alias Holly Bontoft from Fieldfisher, who celebrated her 30th birthday, by taking part in our annual autumn abseil event at the Trafford Centre!

We're organising a schedule of challenge events for the year ahead, with the first big event the Greater Manchester Run on 28 May 2017.

Last year 32 runners - a mix of individuals and 5 corporate teams - took part in the event and raised a brilliant £6.5K for our book clubs.

We can provide fundraisers with sponsorship forms, collection tins, (fabulous) Wood Street Mission t-shirts, as well as with help setting up and promoting their fundraising page.
